Ingredients
  • 1 pound skinless chicken breast, cut into bite pieces
  • 1 package Ancient Harvest Quinoa Pasta - Gluten Free
  • 2 to 3 cups celery stalk, cut diagonally
  • 1 cup carrots, chopped
  • 1 inch ginger, sliced
  • ½ of a medium onion, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 3 quarts water, you can add more if you want.
  • 1 can Swanson Chicken Broth - this is gluten free
  • salt and pepper
Instructions
  1. Bring water to boil. Add chicken, broth, ginger, onion, pasta, sesame oil and season it with salt and pepper. Cook for about 10. Add the vegetables and cook until the vegetables are done. Serve
