Ingredients
  • 1 container Pillsbury Gluten Free Dough refrigerated
  • fresh mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced
  • fresh basil
  • Contadina Pizza Sauce - Gluten Free
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees f.
  2. Grease cookie sheet and hands. Press the dough into 11 inch round cookie sheet.
  3. Bake 12 to 14 minutes or until edge is beginning to brown. Spread pizza sauce evenly and top with mozzarella slices.
  4. Bake 8 to 10 minutes longer or until crust is deep brown and cheese is melted.
  5. Top with fresh basil leaves.
