G-Free Corn on the Cob Garlic Butter

Ingredients
  • 6 ears corn, husk removed
  • ½ teaspoon Lawry's Garlic Salt with Parsley - gluten free
  • 4 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped
  • 1 stick butter, slightly softened
  • black pepper
  • grated parmesan cheese
  • lime wedges
Instructions
  1. Bring a big pot of water to a boil. Cook the corn about 5 to 8 minutes then drain and transfer corn to a platter.
  2. In a small bowl, combine butter, garlic salt, ½ of the chives and a dash of black pepper.
  3. Slather the corn with the garlic butter mixture. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese, more chives and squeeze lime all over. Serve
