Ingredients
  • 3 lbs. skinless chicken breast
  • 1 red bell pepper cut into bite pieces
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 medium onion
  • 3 tbs. olive oil
  • 2 tbs. sesame oil
  • 4 tbs. Gluten Free San J Tamari Soy Sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 sprigs rosemary finely chopped
  • cilantro finely chopped
Instructions
  1. Preheat grill to medium high heat. Marinate the chicken with soy sauce, olive oil, sesame oil and all the other ingredients for few minutes.
  2. Use a metal skewer so it doesn't burn. Grill about 3 to 4 minutes per side. Serve
