Ingredients
  • 3 lbs. skinless chicken breast
  • 1 red bell pepper cut into bite pieces
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 medium onion
  • 3 tbs. olive oil
  • 2 tbs. sesame oil
  • 4 tbs. Gluten Free Tamari Soy Sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 sprigs rosemary finely chopped
  • cilantro finely chopped
Instructions
  1. marinate the chicken with soy sauce, olive oil, sesame oil and all the other ingredients for few minutes
  2. use a metal skewer so it doesn't burn
  3. grill until done
