Gluten Free Banana Chocolate Chip Pancakes

Ingredients
  • 1 cup Arrowhead Mills Gluten Free Pancake and Baking Mix (add more for more pancakes)
  • 1 egg beaten
  • ¼ cup Hershey's chocolate chips - gluten free
  • 1 tbsp. raw honey - naturally gluten free
  • 1 tbsp. canola oil
  • ¼ cup milk or water
  • ripe bananas, sliced
  • butter
  • 100% maple syrup - naturally gluten free
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, stir together all ingredients except butter, syrup, and bananas.
  2. cook on preheated (375 f - 400 f ) lightly oiled griddle or pan.
  3. *use less liquid for thicker pancakes.
  4. Put bananas in between the pancakes.
  5. Top with butter and syrup. Serve
