Ingredients
  • 1½ to 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • ½ cup grape or cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 8 oz. Original Philadelphia Cream Cheese - gluten free
  • 1 (8 oz.) Daisy Sour Cream - gluten free
  • Boar's Head Creamy Blue Cheese Crumbles - gluten free
  • 1 package Hidden Valley Dips Mix Original Ranch - gluten free
  • 1 package Applegate Uncured Sunday Bacon - gluten free and casein free
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped
Instructions
  1. Cut the bacon strips into 1 inch pieces and cook until crispy. Transfer to a plate with paper towels.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine sour cream, dip mix and cream cheese. Mix until smooth.
  3. Top lettuce with dip mixture, tomatoes, bacon, blue cheese and chives. Serve
Notes
The dressing is kind of thick so you can scoop it into a medium ziploc bag and cut one of the corners then squeeze it to the salad. Refrigerate leftover up to 3 days.
