Ingredients
  • 1 package Chebe Pizza Crust Mix (Gluten Free) 7.5 oz
  • 1 or 2 eggs
  • sliced bacon, diced
  • diced tomatoes
  • green onions
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
  2. Prepare pizza crust according to package instructions.
  3. Place dough ball on an ungreased 14" round baking tray.
  4. Press dough with heel of hand, flipping the dough occasionally until it covers the tray evenly.
  5. Add bacon and bake for 15 minutes. Crack an egg onto the crust, then add tomatoes and green onions, and top with olive oil then season with salt and pepper.
  6. Cook for another 3 minutes until the egg looks done or you can also broil it if you like.
