Ingredients
  • 4 to 5 lbs. chicken wings
  • 1 cup Frank's Redhot Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce (this is gluten free)
  • 3 table spoon raw honey only, naturally gluten free
  • 2 table spoon butter
  • cooking oil for frying
Instructions
  1. Heat enough oil in a deep fryer or deep pot about 14 to 15 minutes per batch.
  2. Fry chicken wings until crispy then transfer to large bowl with paper towels.
  3. Meanwhile, mix honey, butter, and Frank's Sauce in a sauce pan and heat on slow.
  4. Pour the sauce unto chicken and toss to coat. Serve
