Ingredients
  • 3 large eggs, beaten
  • ¼ cup milk
  • shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • ½ of avocado, diced
  • 1 small tomato, diced
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil
Instructions
  1. Preheat a skillet over medium low heat, about 5 minutes. Make sure it is preheated nicely then add oil. Beat together the eggs, milk and season it with salt and pepper. Pour the eggs into the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes or until eggs are lightly golden on bottom and partially set on top. Sprinkle with the other ingredients; cook for a couple minutes. Carefully fold the omelet in half. Cook for few more minutes. Serve
