Gluten Free Caramel Apple with Marshmallows

Ingredients
  • 10 Kinnikinnick Gluten Free S'moreables Graham Style Crackers
  • 22 Kraft Caramels - gluten free
  • 1 package (4 serving size) Vanilla Flavor Jello Instant Pudding & Pie Filling - gluten free
  • ½ cup Elyon Mini Marshmallows Natural Vanilla - fat free & gluten free
  • ⅔ cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 (8 oz.) Kraft Cool Whip Original - Whipped Topping, Thawed
  • 1 green apple, diced
  • 1 red apple, diced
  • 1 cup cold milk
  • 3 tablespoons milk
Instructions
  1. Thaw Cool Whip in the fridge for 4 hours.
  2. Arrange crackers on bottom of 9x9 baking dish. Cut crackers to fit.
  3. Microwave 15 caramels and 2 tablespoons milk on high 1 minute to 1½ minutes or until caramels are melted and becomes smooth, stirring after 1 minute.
  4. Spread over crackers. Sprinkle with ½ of the walnuts then refrigerate.
  5. Pour 1 cup milk into a large bowl. Add pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk 1 to 2 minutes. Gently add about half of the Whipped Topping. Spread over caramel layer. Refrigerate for 3 hours. Garnish with remaining whipped topping, walnuts, apples and marshmallows. Microwave the remaining caramel with 1 tablespoon milk for 1 minute until melted and smooth; stirring after 30 seconds. Drizzle over the dessert. Serve
