Gluten Free Chicken Stir Fry with Oyster Sauce

Ingredients
  • 1 pound skinless chicken breast, cut into small strips
  • ¾ cup Swanson Chicken Broth - Gluten Free
  • 3 tablespoons Wok Mei All Natural Oyster Sauce - Gluten Free
  • 1 tablespoon dry sherry
  • 1 tablespoon Tamari Soy Sauce - Gluten Free
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 1 cup broccoli
  • 2 cups snap peas
  • 3 green onions, sliced
  • ½ cup frozen sweet peas
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, peeled and minced
  • 1 tablespoon Clabber Girl Cornstarch - Gluten Free
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil or peanut oil
  • salt and pinch of sugar
Instructions
  1. In a small bowl combine the oyster sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, chicken broth, and cornstarch.
  2. Preheat a cast iron skillet or wok to medium high heat. Add 1 tablespoon oil then add the chicken. Cook until almost opaque about 1 minute. Set aside or transfer to a plate. Clean the skillet. Add 1 tablespoon oil and the garlic, ginger and green onions, cook for 30 seconds, lightly season with salt and a pinch of sugar. Add the vegetables, start with the one that cooks the longest. Add the chicken and sauce. Cook until the sauce thickens. Serve
