Ingredients
  • 1 and ½ pounds ground beef
  • 1 can (8 ounces) Hunt's tomato sauce
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • ¾ cup chopped green pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon McCormick chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon McCormick ground cumin
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon oregano
  • ¼ teaspoon McCormick cayenne pepper
  • 1 can (15 ounces) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
Instructions
  1. use a pressure cooker
  2. brown meat on medium heat
  3. add remaining ingredients except kidney beans
  4. close cover securely
  5. place pressure cooker regulator on vent pipe
  6. cook for 5 minutes with pressure cooker regulator rocking slowly
  7. let pressure drop of its own accord
  8. stir kidney beans and heat through
