Ingredients
  • 1 and ½ pounds ground beef
  • 1 can (8 ounces) Hunt's tomato sauce - gluten free
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • ¾ cup chopped green pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon McCormick chili powder - gluten free
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon McCormick ground cumin - gluten free
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ¼ teaspoon McCormick cayenne pepper - gluten free
  • 1 can (15 ounces) Eden Foods Organic Kidney Beans - gluten free (drained and rinsed)
Instructions
  1. Use a pressure cooker heat over medium heat.
  2. Brown meat then add remaining ingredients except kidney beans. Stir to incorporate then
  3. close cover securely.
  4. Place pressure cooker regulator on vent pipe.
  5. Cook for 5 minutes with pressure cooker regulator rocking slowly. Turn off the stove and
  6. let pressure drop of its own accord.
  7. Stir kidney beans and heat through about 3 minutes. Serve
