Gluten Free Citrus, Avocado & Fennel Salad

Ingredients
  • 3 blood oranges
  • 2 navel oranges
  • 3 cara cara oranges
  • 3 tangerines
  • ½ bulb fennel, thinly sliced
  • 1 ripe avocado, pitted, peeled and sliced
  • ¼ of small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar - gluten free
  • ⅓ cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon raw honey - naturally gluten free
  • fennel fronds
  • ¼ cup mint leaves
  • salt and pepper
Instructions
  1. Slice off the skin of the oranges then slice them into rounds or disc. Arrange them on a serving platter or bowl.
  2. Whisk together the olive oil, cider vinegar, honey and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Top oranges with the fennel, red onions, fennel fronds, avocado and drizzle dressing over. Serve
