Ingredients
  • 1 to 2 pounds fish (halibut, salmon) sliced
  • 1 cup Ener-G Bread Crumbs (this is Gluten Free)
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp. garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp. pepper
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 1 tbsp. water
Instructions
  1. Place bread crumbs, salt, garlic, and pepper in a Ziploc bag; shake thoroughly.
  2. In a small bowl, combine eggs and water.
  3. Dip fish pieces in egg wash.
  4. Shake fish pieces one at a time in the bag.
  5. Deep fry until golden.
  6. Serve
