Ingredients
  • 1 package 12 oz. Simple Truth Polish Pork Kielbasa - gluten free, cut diagonally into 1 inch pieces
  • ½ cup French's Spicy Brown Mustard - gluten free
  • ½ cup Apricot Preserves
  • 4 green onions, minced
  • 1 large apple, cut into wedges
  • 12 to 16 pearl onions, peeled
  • 8 to 10 small red skins potatoes, parboiled and cut into halves
  • 3 cups green cabbage, steamed
Instructions
  1. Soak 8 wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes. You can also use metal skewers.
  2. Preheat the grill.
  3. In a small bowl, blend mustard, green onions and the apricot preserves. Set aside ¼ cup of the mixture.
  4. Thread the kielbasa, apples, onions and potatoes on skewers. Brush the kabobs with the mustard mixture. Grill 12 to 15 minutes or until done turning and brushing with the remaining mustard mixture. Heat reserved mustard mixture and toss with steamed cabbage. Garnish as desired. Serve
