Ingredients
  • 2 pounds Manila Clams
  • ½ cup dry white wine
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ⅓ cup green onions, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, smashed
  • ¼ teaspoon chili flakes or hot red pepper flakes
Instructions
  1. Heat pan to medium high-heat, put olive oil, garlic and chili flakes. Cook for 1 minute. Add wine, bring to boil over medium high-heat. Add clams and green onions then cover and steam for about 5 minutes or until the clams open. Discard clams that did not open.
  2. Serve hot.
