Ingredients
  • 1 package Gluten Free Pantry French Bread & Pizza Mix (makes 2 - 12 inch pizzas)
  • 1 bottle Contadina Pizza Squeeze Pizza Sauce (this is gluten free)
  • fresh mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced
  • ⅓ cup fresh basil, torn
Instructions
  1. Prepare pizza dough according to package.
  2. Preheat oven to 450 degrees f.
  3. Spread pizza sauce evenly and add cheese.
  4. Bake 15 minutes or until edges are brown.
  5. Remove from oven and top with fresh basil.

  2. You can definitely use other kinds of gluten free pizza crust. This particular brand of pizza crust mix is very sticky.
