Ingredients
  • 9 Tinkyada Pasta Joy Ready Lasagna Noodles
  • 1½ pounds ground chuck
  • 1 pound Italian sausage
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 teaspoon ground oregano
  • 1 teaspoon ground basil
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 can (14.5 ounces) Hunts diced tomatoes with basil, garlic, and oregano
  • 2 cans (15 ounces) Hunts tomato sauce
  • 1 can (6 ounce) Hunts tomato paste
  • 1½ cups small curd cottage cheese
  • 1 (5 ounce) package grated Parmigianno-Reggiano
  • 2 tablespoons freshly chopped parsley leaves
  • 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 2 (8 ounces) packages shredded mozzarella
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  2. In a large saucepan, combine ground chuck, sausage, onion and garlic. Cook over medium heat until meat is browned and crumbles, drain
  3. Return meat to pan and add oregano, basil, salt and pepper. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce and paste.
  4. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer 30 to 45 mins.

  1. A must try recipe!

  2. Have you tried reheating it? I’ve heard that reheating gluten free pasta makes it end up like paste, have you tried it?

    • Not this one, the taste is actually better for some reason. Perhaps keeping it in the fridge overnight makes all the sauce all blend in and when you reheat it… the taste is better!
