Gluten Free Shrimp Fried Rice

Ingredients
  • 3 cups uncooked rice
  • ⅓ cup San J Tamari Soy Sauce - gluten free
  • ¼ teaspoon McCormick ground white pepper - gluten free
  • 2 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 cup Dole pineapple tidbits - gluten free
  • 1½ cups frozen baby shrimps, rinsed
  • ½ cup green onions, chopped
  • 4 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 package bacon, sliced into 1 inch pieces (Hempler's Bacon, Applegate are Gluten Free)
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
  1. Cook rice according to instruction.
  2. Cook bacon on a pan until crispy, transfer it to a plate with paper towels to remove fat.
  3. Heat wok on medium high heat, add olive oil.
  4. Fry eggs and stir to make scramble eggs, set aside.
  5. Add a table spoon of olive oil to the wok and cook shrimps, pineapple, green peas. Season with white pepper. Add sesame oil.
  6. Add the eggs, rice, soy sauce and bacon. Mix well.
  7. Serve
