Gluten Free S'more Pie

Ingredients
  • 1½ package Kinnikinnick Graham crackers - gluten free
  • 2 (4.5 oz) Hershey's Chocolate Bars - gluten free
  • 1½ cups to 2 cups Kraft Jet Puffed Miniature Marshmallows - gluten free
  • 1 teaspoon McCormick Vanilla Extract - gluten free
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 stick unsalted butter, melted and lightly cooled
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Place crackers into food processor and pulse until ground. Transfer to a large bowl. Add melted butter and sugar. Mix then press onto a 9 inch pie pan. Bake for 10 minutes and let it cool completely.
  3. Chop the chocolate bars and place in a large bowl.
  4. Quickly boil cream in a small saucepan then pour into the chocolate bowl. Let it sit for about 2 minutes then stir. Add the eggs and vanilla extract. Pour the the sauce into the prepared crust.
  5. Bake for about 30 minutes or until set. Let it cool then top with marshmallows. Broil until marshmallows becomes lightly browned. Serve
