Gluten Free Spicy Cajun Shrimp

Ingredients
  • 1 pound jumbo shrimps, with shell, deveined (use a scissor to cut the shell)
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon McCormick Cayenne Pepper - gluten free
  • ½ teaspoon fresh thyme
  • ½ teaspoon fresh oregano
  • 1 teaspoon McCormick Ground Garlic - gluten free
  • 1 teaspoon McCormick Onion Powder - gluten free
  • ½ stick butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ teaspoon McCormick Paprika - gluten free
  • 2 teaspoon Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce - gluten free
  • ½ teaspoon tabasco sauce - gluten free
  • 4 corn, cut into small pieces; optional
Instructions
  1. Boil corn for few minutes until done and set aside.
  2. Combine kosher salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, thyme, oregano ground garlic, onion powder, paprika, butter, worcestershire sauce, and tabasco sauce in a medium bowl.
  3. Pour the sauce mixture over the shrimps and stir to cover all the shrimps. Heat a cast iron pan to medium high heat. Cook the shrimps until they are done about 4 then add the corn and cook for few more minutes. Serve
