Gluten Free Stir-fry Pork with Vegetables

Ingredients
  • ½ to 1 pound pork loin, cut in strips
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 3 to 5 cups of vegetables, chopped
  • ½ cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 3 to 4 tablespoon Tamari Soy Sauce Gluten Free
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • ¼ cup green onions, sliced diagonally
  • ½ of onion, sliced thinly
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced or smashed
Instructions
  1. Heat wok slowly over medium heat, add olive oil, garlic, and onions. Saute for few minutes.
  2. Add pork, lightly season with salt and pepper. Cook for few minutes.
  3. Add the vegetables, grated ginger, soy sauce and sesame oil.
  4. Cook for few minutes.
  5. Serve with rice.
