Ingredients
  • 1 to 2 pounds boneless chicken breast, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon garlic and ginger paste (available at an Indian Store)
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, minced
  • ¼ cup red onion, chopped
  • 4 to 8 tablespoons, Gluten Free Patak's Tandoori Paste (Available at an Indian Store)
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
  1. Combine chicken, tandoori paste, garlic and ginger paste, and black pepper.
  2. Marinate for few minutes.
  3. Heat oil over medium high heat.
  4. Saute red onion until translucent, add jalapeno pepper.
  5. Add chicken and stirfry for few minutes.
  6. Serve
