Gluten Free Thick Teriyaki Sauce

Ingredients
  • ⅔ cup Tamari soy sauce - gluten free
  • ⅔ cup Kikkoman Manjo-Aji Mirin -gluten free
  • ⅓ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup sake
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced or sliced
  • ½ inch ginger, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
Instructions
  1. Heat a small saucepan over medium heat. Add olive oil and sesame oil the garlic and ginger. Saute for 1 minute until fragrant. Add the brown sugar and cook for 2 minutes. Sit in the soy sauce, mirin and sake. Bring to a slow boil stirring occasionally until thick about 10 to 12 minutes. Add the sesame seeds. Done!
