Ingredients
  • 4 6-ounce tilapia fillets
  • 2 tablespoons Orgran Gluten Free All Purpose Flour
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • ½ pound green beans
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ½ lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons fresh oregano, chopped
Instructions
  1. Combine flour and parsley in a shallow dish. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium high heat.
  3. Dredge the fish in the flour mixture, shaking off the excess.
  4. Melt 3 tablespoons butter in the skillet. Add 2 tilapia fillets, cook until golden at the bottom about 4 minutes. Flip and cook the other side about 2 minutes.
  5. Transfer to a plate. Cook the remaining fish.
  6. Clean the skillet with paper towels.
  7. Add the remaining butter in the pan and add the green beans and garlic, cook about 2 minutes. Season it with salt and pepper, the add the tomatoes and cook until softened, about 1 minute. Stir in the lemon juice and ¼ cup water, cover and cook until beans are tender, about 3 minutes.
  8. Divide the fish and vegetables. Garnish with fresh oregano. Serve
