Ingredients
  • 2 lbs skinless chicken breast
  • 2 tbs olive oil
  • 2 sprigs rosemary
  • ½ of lemon juice
  • 2 tbs minced garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tbs sesame oil
  • 2 tbs canola oil
Instructions
  1. slice the chicken in half so it becomes thinner
  2. finely chop rosemary
  3. mix all the ingredients except 2 tbs of canola oil
  4. marinate for 15 mins.
  5. heat your cast iron pan to medium then add canola oil
  6. grill the chicken for few mins until done
