Ingredients
  • 1 cup Old Fashioned Rolled Oats Gluten Free - Bob's Red Mill
  • 2 cups water
  • small pinch of salt
  • 2 tablespoons chopped dried mango
  • 2 tablespoons toasted slivered almonds
  • 4 teaspoons sunflower seeds
Instructions
  1. Mix the oats with water and salt in a nonstick pan and stir well. Bring to boil over medium high heat, stirring occasionally, reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Stir occasionally.
  2. When the oatmeal is thick and creamy, spoon into 2 serving bowls and top with the mango, almonds, and sunflower seeds. Serve
