Super Easy Pork Tenderloin with Cumin and Ginger Gluten Free

Ingredients
  • 2 pork tenderloins
  • 2 tablespoons McCormick ground cumin - gluten free
  • ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes, ground until smooth using mortar and pestle or a spice grinder
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch piece ginger, peeled and grated
  • kosher salt
  • olive oil
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees f.
  2. Season the tenderloins with salt.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the cumin, powdered red pepper, garlic, and ginger.
  4. Rub the tenderloins with the cumin mixture. Marinate in the fridge for at least 5 hours or overnight for best result. Remove the tenderloin from the fridge 30 minutes before cooking.
  5. Coat a large oven proof pan with olive oil and bring to a high heat. Sear the pork on all sides about 10 minutes. Transfer the pan with the tenderloins in the oven and bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and let stand for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve
