Ingredients
  • 3 New York Steaks, cut into 1 inch cubes
  • ⅓ cup San J Tamari Soy Sauce - gluten free
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • ⅓ cup cilantro, chopped or minced
  • salt and pepper
  • ⅓ cup olive oil
Instructions
  1. Place beef in a large bowl. Drizzle olive oil and season with salt, pepper, cilantro, soy sauce, garlic and sesame oil. Marinate for 15 minutes before grilling. Thread beef unto a metal skewers or bamboo skewers. (soak the bamboo skewers for 30 minutes)
  2. Preheat grill to medium high heat. Grill the kabobs about 4 to 5 minutes per side or according to doneness. Serve with roasted tomatoes or grilled green onions. Yum!

Gluten Free Grilled Steak Fajitas

Ingredients
  • 2 New York steaks
  • 4 tablespoons McCormick Fajita Seasoning - gluten free
  • 1 large sweet onion, sliced
  • 1 large green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 large red bell pepper, sliced
  • Guerrero Tortillas - gluten free
  • ⅓ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • salt and pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat grill to medium high heat.
  2. Rub steaks with the fajita seasoning. Grill steaks about 3 to 4 minutes per side. Set aside.
  3. Heat a cast iron pan over medium heat. Add olive oil and butter. Saute onions and garlic until starts to brown then add the bell peppers and saute for another 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer to a plate.
  4. Heat the tortillas on another pan for about 1 minute per side and stack them on a plate. Thinly slice the steaks. Serve fajitas with cilantro and lime wedges.

  • 2 pounds lean ground beef
  • Udi's Hamburger Buns - gluten free
  • Sweet Baby Ray's Bbq Sauce - gluten free
  • Swizz Cheese, thin sliced
  • Hellmann's Mayonnaise - gluten free
  • McCormick Garlic Salt - gluten free
  • salt and black pepper
  • 2 large onions, sliced
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • olive oil
Instructions
  1. Divide the ground beef into 6 to make 6 patties. Brush patties with olive oil on both sides and season with garlic salt and black pepper.
  2. Heat a large nonstick pan over medium heat. Add butter and sliced onions. Saute onions until caramelized about 10 to 15 minutes then season with salt and pepper.
  3. Preheat grill to medium high heat. Grill patties for 3 to 4 minutes per side. Top with swizz cheese and cook until melted.
  4. Lightly toast the buns then spread thin layer of mayo. Top with the burger, caramelized onions and bbq sauce. Serve

  • 2 pounds lean ground beef
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup Sweet Baby Rays Bbq Sauce - gluten free
  • ½ cup Ener G Bread Crumbs - gluten free
  • 1 large egg
  • kosher salt
  • black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Heat a pan over medium heat. Add olive oil, onion and garlic. Saute until translucent about 5 minutes.
  3. In a large bowl, mix beef, bread crumbs, sauteed onion mixture, ½ cup bbq sauce, egg and season with salt and pepper. Form into a log shape. Top with the remaining bbq sauce. Bake for 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F. Serve

Ingredients
  • 3 to 5 pounds beef short ribs
  • 1 cup San J Tamari Soy Sauce - gluten free
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup Eden Mirin - gluten free
  • 1 small onion. grated
  • 5 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • ½ of medium Asian pear, peeled and grated
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 green onions, sliced
  • Caramelized Onion
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt and pepper
Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, combine soy sauce, sugar, mirin, grated onion, pear, garlic, sesame oil and black pepper. Whisk to combine. Place the ribs in a large resealable ziploc bag then add the sauce mixture. Gently coat the ribs with the sauce. Marinate in the fridge overnight for best result but 4 to 5 hours should be ok too.
  2. Preheat gas grill to medium high heat. Grill the short ribs for about 3 to 4 minutes per side.
  3. Caramelized onions with olive oil and butter for about 10 minutes over medium heat then season with salt and pepper. Serve ribs with caramelized onions and green onions. Yum!
