Ingredients
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • Udi's Burger Buns or Bread - gluten free
  • 3 tablespoons chopped cilantro, divided
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • McCormick Garlic Salt - gluten free
  • black pepper
  • 1 ripe mango, diced
  • Pace Picante Salsa - gluten free
  • McCormick Paprika - gluten free
  • olive oil
  • Boston lettuce
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine turkey, half of the cilantro, green onions and season with paprika, pepper and garlic salt. Shape 4 patties into ¾ inch thick.
  2. Heat some olive oil on a cast iron pan over medium heat. Cook patties for about 4 to 5 minutes until done.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine mango, the remaining cilantro and ½ cup salsa.
  4. Top burger with lettuce and salsa. Enjoy!

Ingredients
  • Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Pizza Crust Mix (makes 2 (12 inch pizzas) I made mine rectangular.
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1½ cups warm water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, sliced
  • Mexican Four Cheese Mix
  • pineapple, cut into chunks
  • Sweet Baby Ray's Bbq Sauce - gluten free
Instructions
  1. Prepare the pizza crust according to package directions.
  2. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  3. Top pizza crust with bbq sauce and the rest of the ingredients. Bake for 8 to 9 minutes or more until done.Yum!
Notes
You can also add ham and more mozzarella cheese.

Ingredients
  • 2 cups uncooked Jasmine rice
  • ¼ cup Tamari Soy Sauce - gluten free
  • 1 cup frozen green peas
  • 1½ cups pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup diced carrots
  • 4 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • olive oil
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 5 garlic cloves, minced
Instructions
  1. Cook rice.
  2. Heat a non stick pan to low heat. Add some olive oil then the eggs. Cook the eggs like scramble and set aside. On the same pan add more olive oil and some butter. Saute onions until translucent then add carrots. Cook for few minutes then add sesame seeds. Season with salt and pepper then set aside.
  3. Heat wok to medium high heat then add 3 tablespoons butter and the garlic. Saute until fragrant about a minute then add rice. Do not stir the rice immediately, you can hear it sizzling. Stir nicely and cook for few minutes. Add the eggs, pineapple, and carrots mixture and the peas. Stir and add soy sauce. Cook for few more minutes and add more salt according to taste. You're done!

  • Udi's Gluten Free Hot Dog Buns
  • A1 Steak Sauce - gluten free
  • Wegman's Classic Mayonnaise - gluten free
  • 1 or 2 New York Steaks
  • McCormick Ground Garlic - gluten free
  • salt and pepper
  • olive oil
Instructions
  1. Heat a cast iron pan over medium high heat.
  2. Use 2 hot dog buns that are stuck together and cut in the middle like when you fillet a fish.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over steaks and season with ground garlic, salt and pepper. Cook the steaks according to your liking about 3 minutes each side. Transfer steaks to a chopping board and let stand for 5 minutes before slicing. Toast buns and place them on a platter. Spread mayo over buns and arrange sliced steaks over the buns. Squeeze steak sauce and more mayo if desired. Serve
Notes
You can also add lettuce or pickles.

Ingredients
  • 3 Udi's Hotdog Buns, cut into bite pieces - gluten free
  • 2 chicken breasts, filleted
  • ½ of a head lettuce, cut into bite pieces
  • 1 pint heirloom tomatoes
  • olive oil
  • ¼ of a small red onion, thinly sliced
  • ⅓ cup plus 3 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
  • 2 gloves garlic, minced
  • feta cheese crumble
  • salt and pepper
  • Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing - gluten free
Instructions
  1. Drizzle some olive oil over chicken fillets, season with salt and pepper, 3 tablespoons chopped basil and garlic. Heat a large cast iron pan to medium heat. Add some olive oil then the bread. Cook the bread for about 2 to 3 minutes flipping several times until they look slightly brown. Season with salt and pepper. Place the bread on a plate. Quickly clean the pan and return to heat. Add 2 tablespoons olive oil to the pan and grill the chicken about 3 to 4 minutes per side. Transfer to a chopping board and let cool. Heat another pan for the tomatoes. Drizzle some olive oil over the tomatoes and season with salt and pepper. Cook the tomatoes until they starts to blister about 3 minutes then transfer to a bowl. Slice the chicken to bite pieces.
  2. Place the lettuce on a serving platter. Top with tomatoes, bread and grilled chicken. Drizzle dressing and garnish with fresh basil, red onion and feta cheese. Serve
Notes
You can add some olives too if you have.
