Ingredients
  • Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Pizza Crust Mix (makes 2 (12 inch pizzas) I made mine rectangular.
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1½ cups warm water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, sliced
  • Mexican Four Cheese Mix
  • pineapple, cut into chunks
  • Sweet Baby Ray's Bbq Sauce - gluten free
Instructions
  1. Prepare the pizza crust according to package directions.
  2. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  3. Top pizza crust with bbq sauce and the rest of the ingredients. Bake for 8 to 9 minutes or more until done.Yum!
Notes
You can also add ham and more mozzarella cheese.

Ingredients
  • Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Pizza Crust Mix
  • Classico Traditional Pizza Sauce - gluten free
  • 1 bag of spinach
  • fresh mozzarella cheese, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ⅓ teaspoon, crushed red pepper flakes
  • salt and pepper
  • grated parmesan for garnish
Instructions
  1. Prepare the pizza crust according to package directions.
  2. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  3. Heat a medium pan over medium high heat. Add oil and garlic. Saute until fragrant. Add spinach and cook until wilted. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
  4. Top pizza crust with sauce and mozzarella cheese. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes or until cheese has melted. Top with cooked spinach, sprinkle with red pepper flakes and grated parmesan. Serve

Ingredients
  • 1 pkg. Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Pizza Crust
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 pkg. Hempler's Bacon (gluten free) cut into 1 inch and cooked halfway in a pan. Do not over cook because you also need to bake it. Set aside.
  • cherry tomatoes, cut in halves
  • 1 medium onion, caramelized
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter
Instructions
  1. Prepare the pizza crust according to package directions. (you need 2 eggs, 2 tbsp. olive oil, yeast (included in the package), 1½ cups warm water)
  2. Caramelized the onion on a medium pan with butter.
  3. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  4. Top pizza crust with eggs, caramelized onions, tomatoes and crispy bacon. Season lightly with salt and pepper. Bake until eggs are set about 10 minutes. Serve

  • Udi's Gluten Free Pizza Crust
  • Sweet Baby Ray's Bbq Sauce - gluten free
  • Mexican Three Cheese Mix, shredded
  • chicken breast, cut into bite pieces
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • salt and pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degree F.
  2. Season chicken with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium high heat, add oil then the chicken. Stir-fry chicken until opaque.
  4. Top pizza crust with bbq sauce and add the chicken. Sprinkle with cheese.
  5. Bake for 7 minutes. Add more bbq sauce if desired. Serve
