Ingredients
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • ⅓ cup Ener G Bread Crumbs - gluten free
  • ½ teaspoon Colman's Mustard Powder - gluten free
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon McCormick Garlic Salt - gluten free
  • 2 tablespoons Bob's Red Mill All Purpose Flour - gluten free
  • 2 cups Swanson Beef Broth - gluten free
  • 2 tablespoons Hunts Tomato Paste - gluten free
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) Hunts Diced Tomatoes with Basil, Garlic & Oregano - gluten free
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1½ cups sliced carrots
  • 1½ cups zucchini, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, minced
  • salt and pepper
Instructions
  1. Combine the first seven ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well then shape into 1 inch balls.
  2. Heat a dutch oven over medium heat, add oil then brown the meatballs and set aside. In the same dutch oven, add more olive oil if necessary. Saute the onion and garlic until soft then stir in the flour and broth. Bring to a boil. Add the tomatoes, bay leaf, and thyme. Stir nicely then add the meatballs and carrots. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 30 minutes stirring occasionally. Add the peppers and zucchini and cook for another 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle chopped parsley before serving. Yum!

Ingredients
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • Udi's Burger Buns or Bread - gluten free
  • 3 tablespoons chopped cilantro, divided
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • McCormick Garlic Salt - gluten free
  • black pepper
  • 1 ripe mango, diced
  • Pace Picante Salsa - gluten free
  • McCormick Paprika - gluten free
  • olive oil
  • Boston lettuce
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine turkey, half of the cilantro, green onions and season with paprika, pepper and garlic salt. Shape 4 patties into ¾ inch thick.
  2. Heat some olive oil on a cast iron pan over medium heat. Cook patties for about 4 to 5 minutes until done.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine mango, the remaining cilantro and ½ cup salsa.
  4. Top burger with lettuce and salsa. Enjoy!

Ingredients
  • 2 turkey tenderloins
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried sage
  • kosher salt black pepper
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • olive oil
  • 1 lemon zest
  • McCormick Turkey Gravy Mix - gluten free
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Drizzle turkey with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, garlic, thyme, sage and lemon zest. Cover and marinate for 30 minutes. While the turkey is marinating prepare the gravy according to instructions.
  3. Heat a cast iron pan or oven proof pan to medium high heat. Add a splash of olive oil and sear turkey until browned about 5 minutes. Transfer pan to the oven and bake for 15 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve

Ingredients
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 5 strips Hempler's bacon - gluten free
  • 1 tablespoon McCormick Italian Seasoning - gluten free
  • 1 large onion, finely chopped
  • fresh basil chopped
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 (14.5 oz.) Hunt's Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes - gluten free
  • 1 large egg
  • ¼ cup Kinnikinnick Bread Crumbs Panko Style - gluten free
Instructions
  1. Cook the bacon until crispy and cut into small pieces.
  2. In a large bowl, combine turkey, half of the onion, seasoning, bacon, egg and bread crumbs. Make meatballs and place them of a plate or foil. Heat a cast iron pan over medium high heat. Add a splash of olive oil and sear each meatballs until browned on all sides. Add more oil as needed. Transfer them to a plate. On the same pan add the remaining onion and saute for few minutes then add the garlic. Stir in the diced tomatoes and simmer for 5 minutes. Add the basil and season with salt and pepper. Return the meatballs and simmer for few more minutes. Serve
