Gluten Free Banana Nut Bread

- 2 cups Orgran Gluten Free All Purpose Plain Flour
- 1 stick unsalted butter, room temperature
- ½ cup chopped walnuts
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 ripe bananas
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon Clabber Girl Baking Soda (this is gluten free)
- 1 teaspoon McCormick ground cinnamon - gluten free
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees f.
- Butter a 9x5x3 inch loaf pan.
- Cream sugar and butter in a large mixing bowl until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- In a small bowl, mash bananas with fork. Mix in the cinnamon and milk.
- In another bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
- Add the banana mixture to the creamed mixture and stir to combine.
- Add dry ingredients, and walnuts mixing until flour disappears.
- Pour butter into prepared pan and bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Set aside to cool about 15 minutes.
- Remove from pan. Slice the bread and serve.
