½ cup (or more) Cup4Cup Multipurpose flour - gluten free
Lawry's Seasoned Salt - gluten free
black pepper
5 tablespoons milk
2 large eggs, beaten
1½ cups Ian's Panko - gluten free
olive oil
Instructions
Using a meat hammer, pound the pork chops into ¼ to ⅛ inch thick.
In a shallow bowl, mix eggs and milk; 2nd bowl flour and Lawry's Seasoned salt; 3rd bowl for the panko.
Heat a splash of olive oil on a frying pan over medium heat. Dredge the pork into the flour mixture then the egg and finally unto the panko bowl. Fry for about 2 to 3 minutes per side until crispy and browned. Transfer to a plate with paper towels.
Serve with lemon wedges. Yum!
