Ingredients
  • ¼ cup organic butter, soften
  • 2 teaspoons fresh or dried rosemary (fresh is better)
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon McCormick Ground Coriander - gluten free
  • 1 tablespoon McCormick Garlic Powder or 4 garlic cloves, minced (better than the powdered one) - gluten free
Instructions

Ingredients
  • 1 (14 oz.) Jennie-O Fully Cooked Hardwood Smoked Turkey Kielbasa - gluten free
  • ½ cup wild black rice
  • ½ cup sprouted brown rice
  • ¼ cup Pacific Chicken Broth - gluten free
  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup celery, diced
  • 2 medium onions, diced
  • 1 pound white mushrooms, diced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh sage, minced
  • 1 cup Ocean Spray Craisins Dried Cranberries Original - gluten free
  • salt and pepper
  • 3 tablespoons pine nuts, toasted
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Mix the wild rice and brown rice in a medium pot, cook accordingly until al dente.
  3. Melt butter on a large pan over medium heat. Add the onions and mushrooms, saute for few minutes then add the kielbasa, celery, cranberries, thyme, and sage. Cook for about 3 minutes then season with salt and pepper. Add the rice and stir. Adjust the taste with salt and pepper.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Drizzle ¼ cup chicken broth and cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes. Top with toasted pine nuts before serving. Yum!

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • ⅓ cup Ener G Bread Crumbs - gluten free
  • ½ teaspoon Colman's Mustard Powder - gluten free
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon McCormick Garlic Salt - gluten free
  • 2 tablespoons Bob's Red Mill All Purpose Flour - gluten free
  • 2 cups Swanson Beef Broth - gluten free
  • 2 tablespoons Hunts Tomato Paste - gluten free
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) Hunts Diced Tomatoes with Basil, Garlic & Oregano - gluten free
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1½ cups sliced carrots
  • 1½ cups zucchini, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, minced
  • salt and pepper
Instructions
  1. Combine the first seven ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well then shape into 1 inch balls.
  2. Heat a dutch oven over medium heat, add oil then brown the meatballs and set aside. In the same dutch oven, add more olive oil if necessary. Saute the onion and garlic until soft then stir in the flour and broth. Bring to a boil. Add the tomatoes, bay leaf, and thyme. Stir nicely then add the meatballs and carrots. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 30 minutes stirring occasionally. Add the peppers and zucchini and cook for another 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle chopped parsley before serving. Yum!

Ingredients
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • Udi's Burger Buns or Bread - gluten free
  • 3 tablespoons chopped cilantro, divided
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • McCormick Garlic Salt - gluten free
  • black pepper
  • 1 ripe mango, diced
  • Pace Picante Salsa - gluten free
  • McCormick Paprika - gluten free
  • olive oil
  • Boston lettuce
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine turkey, half of the cilantro, green onions and season with paprika, pepper and garlic salt. Shape 4 patties into ¾ inch thick.
  2. Heat some olive oil on a cast iron pan over medium heat. Cook patties for about 4 to 5 minutes until done.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine mango, the remaining cilantro and ½ cup salsa.
  4. Top burger with lettuce and salsa. Enjoy!

  • 2 turkey tenderloins
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried sage
  • kosher salt black pepper
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • olive oil
  • 1 lemon zest
  • McCormick Turkey Gravy Mix - gluten free
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Drizzle turkey with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, garlic, thyme, sage and lemon zest. Cover and marinate for 30 minutes. While the turkey is marinating prepare the gravy according to instructions.
  3. Heat a cast iron pan or oven proof pan to medium high heat. Add a splash of olive oil and sear turkey until browned about 5 minutes. Transfer pan to the oven and bake for 15 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve
