Ingredients
  • 10 to 12 fresh organic strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 1½ teaspoons Annie's Naturals Organic Dijon Mustard - gluten free
  • 1 1 /2 tablespoons Heinz Gourmet Red Wine Vinegar - gluten free
  • 2 tablespoons organic raw honey - naturally gluten free
  • ½ lime or lemon, juiced
  • ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a food processor or any blender. Pulse until smooth about 1 to 2 minutes.Transfer to a container. Ready! If not using right away store in the fridge for up to 1 week. So delicious!

Ingredients
  • 8 to 10 pieces chicken tenderloins
  • 1 tablespoon Private Selection Balsamic Vinegar of Modena - gluten free
  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil plus 3 tablespoons, divided
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh tarragon, chopped
  • 2 cups fresh baby spinach
  • 4 to 5 cups romaine lettuce
  • 1 ripe avocado, peeled and sliced
  • ⅛ of small red onion, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup feta cheese crumbles
  • 1 cup strawberries, quartered
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 3 tablespoons pine nuts, toasted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
Instructions
  1. Place chicken in a large bowl, drizzle 3 tablespoons olive oil and season with cilantro, minced garlic, salt and pepper. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, chopped tarragon, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper.
  3. Heat a large cast iron pan or griddle to medium high heat. Cook the chicken for few minutes until cooked through. Transfer to a chopping board and cut into bite pieces.
  4. Place lettuce and spinach in a large platter. Top with the strawberries, avocado, onions, chicken, feta cheese and drizzle the dressing all over. Serve

Ingredients
  • 2 pounds wild caught jumbo shrimps, shelled and deveined
  • Litehouse Lite Blue Cheese Dressing - gluten free
  • organic romaine lettuce, cut into bite pieces
  • 1 ripe avocado, peeled and sliced
  • 1 package Applegate Bacon, cut into 1 inch pieces and cooked until crispy - gluten free
  • 3 hard boiled eggs
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • salt and pepper
  • lemon juice
  • grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons organic butter
Instructions
  1. Season shrimps with salt and pepper. Heat a large cast iron pan to medium high heat and add butter and garlic. Saute garlic for 1 minute then add the shrimps. Cook for few minutes then drizzle lemon juice all over. Transfer to a plate.
  2. Place lettuce on a large serving platter, top with avocados, eggs, bacon and drizzle dressing. Sprinkle parmesan cheese and serve.

Ingredients
  • 2 chicken breasts, filleted to make 4
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Badia Ground Cumin - gluten free
  • 1 tablespoon raw honey - naturally gluten free
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 lime, juiced plus 1 more for garnish(cut into wedges)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 to 5 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, seeded and thinly sliced
  • 1 ripe avocado, diced
  • 1 ripe mango, diced
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • ½ cup fresh cilantro
  • black pepper
  • McCormick Red Pepper Flakes - gluten free
Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, cumin, honey, sugar, cilantro, lime juice, minced garlic, salt and pepper. Drizzle about ⅓ of the mixture over chicken. Gently coat the chicken and cover. Marinate for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
  2. Heat a large nonstick skillet or cast iron pan to medium high heat. Add a splash of olive oil and saute the bell peppers for few minutes then transfer to a plate. On the same pan, cook the chicken until done about 3 to 4 minutes per side. Transfer to a chopping board and cut into bite pieces.
  3. Assemble the vegetables on a large platter. Top with chicken and green onions. Drizzle the remaining dressing. Garnish with lime wedges and red pepper flakes. Serve

  • a handful fresh strawberries, halved
  • 1 ripe peach, peeled and sliced
  • 1 small cucumber, peeled and sliced
  • ½ green bell pepper, sliced
  • 3 to 5 radishes, thinly sliced
  • a handful sliced, pineapple
  • a handful cherry tomatoes, halved
  • fresh baby dill, for garnish
  • 2 mandarin oranges, peeled and sliced
  • DRESSING
  • 3 tablespoons San J Soy Sauce - gluten free
  • 1 tablespoon raw honey - naturally gluten free
  • 1 tablespoon Eden Selected Toasted Sesame oil - gluten free
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • ¼ cup or less extra virgin olive oil
  • kosher salt
  • black pepper
Instructions
  1. Mix all the salad ingredients on a large platter. Top with baby dill.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients. Adjust taste with salt and pepper.
  3. Drizzle the dressing over. Serve
