Ingredients
  • 2 pounds grass fed ground beef
  • ½ cup Ener-G Bread Crumbs - gluten free
  • ⅓ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup Heinz Chili Sauce - gluten free
  • Sweet Baby Ray's Bbq Sauce - gluten free
  • salt and pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the beef, eggs, chili sauce, cheese, bread crumbs and season with salt and pepper. Form meatballs about the size of golf balls. Place them on a rimmed baking pan and bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
  3. Drizzle bbq sauce and serve.
Notes
You can also cook them on a pan.

Ingredients
  • 2 New York Steaks or any good cut, thinly sliced
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 3 tablespoons San J Tarami Soy Sauce - gluten free
  • 1 tablespoon Clabber Girl Cornstarch - gluten free
  • 3 green onions, sliced into 1 inch pieces
  • 2 teaspoons packed brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and thinly sliced
  • 1 inch fresh ginger, minced
  • 1 can Native Forest Organic Cut Baby Corn - gluten free, drained
  • 1 tablespoon Holland House Sherry Cooking Wine - gluten free
  • salt and pepper
Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, combine 1 tablespoon oil, soy sauce, cornstarch, sherry and brown sugar. Add beef and toss to coat. Set aside.
  2. Heat wok to medium high heat. Drizzle 1 tablespoon oil. Add beef and cook until browned. Transfer to a plate.
  3. Add 1 tablespoon oil to the wok and saute garlic and ginger until fragrant. Add the corn, bell peppers, green onions and jalapeno. Cook for few minutes. Return the beef and stir. Heat for 2 more minutes. Adjust seasoning if needed. Serve

Ingredients
  • 1 (3 to 5 pounds) chuck roast
  • 1 tablespoon Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce - gluten free
  • 3 cups Swanson Beef Broth - gluten free
  • olive oil
  • kosher salt
  • black pepper
  • 2 large large yellow onions, halved
  • 2 cups carrots or 3 large, cut into big chunks
  • 3 sprigs fresh rosemary
  • 3 sprigs fresh thyme
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 275 degrees F.
  2. Heat a Dutch oven to medium high heat. Add a splash of olive oil and brown the onions and the carrots for few minutes. Transfer to a plate.
  3. Season roast with salt and pepper. Add more olive oil to the Dutch oven and sear the roast for few minutes on all sides then transfer to a plate. Pour the beef broth scraping the bottom then return the roast and vegetables. Top with the herbs, and Worcestershire sauce cover and transfer to the oven and bake for about 4 hours. Discard the herbs. Adjust seasoning and serve.

Ingredients
  • 3 pounds sirloin steaks, trimmed and cut into 1½ inch cubes
  • 3 cups Pacific Beef Broth Low Sodium - gluten free
  • 2 tablespoons Bob's Red Mill All Purpose Flour - gluten free
  • 3 tablespoons McCormick Paprika - gluten free
  • ¾ cup Mountain High Original Plain yogurt - gluten free
  • 1 large yellow onion, diced
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, seeded and cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 1 red bell pepper, seeded and cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 1 green bell pepper, seeded and cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
  1. Brown beef on all sides in hot oil in a Dutch oven. Add garlic and onions, cook for few minutes until soft. Add the paprika, salt and broth. Bring to a boil, cover and lower to simmer for about 2 hours stirring occasionally.
  2. Mix the yogurt and flour until smooth in a medium bowl. Add the peppers at the last 10 minutes of cooking. Remove the lid so most liquid can evaporate. Add yogurt mixture and stir. Serve

Ingredients
  • 3 sirloin steaks, trimmed and thinly sliced
  • Clabber Girl Cornstarch - gluten free
  • 5 tablespoons San J Tamari Soy Sauce - gluten free
  • ¾ cup A Taste of Thai Sweet Chili Sauce - gluten free
  • 1 large navel orange - juiced
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • cooking oil
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • black pepper
Instructions
  1. Pat dry the beef with paper towels and sprinkle cornstarch and coat nicely. Shake off excess cornstarch.
  2. Heat wok with about 3 inches of cooking oil over medium high heat. Cooking in batches, fry the beef for 4 to 5 minutes until crispy then transfer to a plate with paper towels.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine chili sauce, soy sauce, ginger, and orange juice. When you're done frying discard the oil and return to heat. Pour the sauce mixture and simmer for few minutes until lightly thickened. Return the beef and stir to coat. Season with black pepper. Garnish with green onions. Serve
