Gluten Free Asian Honey Glazed Salmon

Easy Gluten Free Asian Honey Glazed Salmon

Ingredients
  • 4 wild caught salmon fillets
  • ⅓ cup San J Tamari Soy Sauce - gluten free
  • ¼ cup raw honey - naturally gluten free
  • ⅓ cup freshly squeeze orange juice
  • 1 clove garlic, grated
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon Clabber Girl Cornstarch - gluten free
  • toasted sesame seeds
  • fresh cilantro, chopped
  • olive oil
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Place salmon fillets on a rimmed baking pan. Drizzle olive oil over salmon and season with salt and pepper. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes depending on thickness.
  3. In a small saucepan, combine soy sauce, honey, orange juice, garlic, ginger and cornstarch. Bring to a soft boil and stir until thickened about 1 or 2 minutes.
  4. Serve salmon over rice. Drizzle sauce over salmon and garnish with sesame seeds and cilantro. Serve
