Easy Gluten Free Chicken Stir Fry

Ingredients
- 2 packages of chicken tenderloin, cut into bite pieces
- 5 tablespoons San J Tamari Soy Sauce - gluten free
- 1 tablespoon Clabber Girl Cornstarch - gluten free
- 1 teaspoon Sun Luck Sesame Oil - gluten free
- bunch of green beans, cut into 1 inch length
- 1 red bell pepper, seeded and cut into bite pieces
- 1 small red onion, cut into wedges
- 2 garlic gloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
- 3 green onions, cut into 1 inch length
- ¼ to ⅓ cup water
- salt and pepper
- olive oil
Instructions
- Lightly season chicken with salt, pepper and cornstarch. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.
- In a small bowl combine the soy sauce, sesame oil and water.
- Heat a large cast iron pan or wok to medium high heat. Add a splash of olive oil and saute garlic and ginger until fragrant then add the chicken. Cook until no longer pink and transfer to a plate.
- On the same pan add more olive oil to the pan and cook the green beans and red onion until almost tender then add the bell pepper and green onions. Return the chicken to the pan and add the soy sauce mixture. Stir to blend all the ingredients. Add more water if it's too dry. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper. Yum!
