Gluten Free Chocolate Truffles

Ingredients
  • ¼ cup organic butter
  • ¾ cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 8 oz Hershey's Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate Bar, grated - gluten free
  • toasted cashew nuts, finely chopped
  • toasted pecan, finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons plain Brandy - gluten free
  • Baker's Angel Flake Coconut Sweetened, toasted - gluten free
  • Hershey's Cocoa 100% Cacao Special Dark - gluten free
Instructions
  1. In a saucepan, mix cream, butter and sugar. Bring to a boil then remove from heat. Add the chocolates and brandy. Mix until chocolate has melted and smooth. Transfer to a bowl and refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours or until quite firm.
  2. Arrange the nuts, coconut and cocoa powder on a platter. Shape the chocolate into small balls about 1 tablespoon or larger if you want them bigger. Roll in the nuts, cocoa powder and coconut. Refrigerate in an airtight container. Ready
