Gluten Free Pork with Bell Peppers

Ingredients
  • 1½ pounds pork tenderloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon hot chili oil
  • 2 tablespoons Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Chili Sauce - Gluten Free
  • 6 green onions, sliced diagonally
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 orange bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 inch ginger, sliced
  • 3 tablespoons San J Tamari Soy Sauce - Gluten Free
  • 1½ tablespoons Thai Kitchen fish sauce - gluten free
  • ½ lime juice
  • 4 tablespoons parsley, chopped
Instructions
  1. Heat wok over medium high heat, add 1 tbsp. vegetable oil and hot chili oil. Add pork, stir-fry until brown. Remove with a slotted spoon and set aside.
  2. Discard the water from the pork. Add 1 tbsp. vegetable oil, add ginger sautƩ for 1 minute then add the green onions and chili sauce, cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Add the bell peppers and cook for 3 minutes.
  4. Return the pork to the wok, and add the fish sauce, soy sauce, and lime juice. Stir well and cook for another 2 minutes. Add the parsley and stir well.
  5. Serve

You can also use chicken, beef or shrimps with this recipe.
