Gluten Free Sizzling Steak Stir Fry with Yam Noodles

Ingredients
  • 4 (7 oz) Miracle Noodles, drained and rinsed - gluten free
  • 2 sirloin steaks, trimmed and thinly sliced
  • 1 inch fresh ginger, minced
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 4 tablespoons vegetable oil, divided
  • 2 tablespoons Clabber Girl Cornstarch - gluten free
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 bunches of broccolette, cut into bite pieces
  • 3 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 5 tablespoons Tamari Soy Sauce - gluten free
  • 1 fresh red chilli, thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • lime wedges for garnish
Instructions
  1. Boil enough water in a medium to large pot. Cook the noodles for about 3 minutes then drain and set aside.
  2. Season the beef with coriander, salt, pepper and sprinkle the cornstarch.
  3. Heat a cast iron pan or large non stick pan to medium high heat. Add half of the oil and stir fry the beef, about 3 minutes then transfer to a plate. Quickly clean the pan then add the remaining oil. Mix the soy sauce and brown sugar in a small bowl. Add the garlic and ginger, saute for 30 seconds then add the broccolette. Season with salt and pepper. You can add a little water to cook the vegetables. Cook for few minutes then add the beef and the soy sauce mixture. Stir and season with salt and pepper. Garnish with red chilli and lime wedges. Serve with the noodles.
