Gluten Free Asian Beef Kabobs with Corn

Ingredients
  • 3 New York strip steak, cut into bite pieces
  • 3 white or yellow corn, cut into 2 inch pieces
  • 1 green bell pepper, cut into bite pieces
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into bite pieces
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped
  • ⅓ cup San J Tamari soy sauce - gluten free
  • 3 tablespoon Wok Mei Hoisin sauce - gluten free
  • 3 garlic cloves, grated or minced
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • ¼ cup peanut oil
  • black pepper
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, peanut oil, garlic, hoisin sauce, cilantro and season with black pepper. Stir nicely then add the beef. Reserve few tablespoons for the vegetables. Cover and marinate 30 minutes to 3 hours in the fridge.
  2. Mix the reserve sauce and the cut vegetables in a medium bowl. Thread the meat and vegetables with metal skewers or if you are using bamboo soak them first for 30 minutes.
  3. Grill on high about 5 to 8 minutes turning few times. Serve
