Recipe type: Main
Serves: 4
Ingredients
  • 2½ pound pork rib roast
  • McCormick Grill Mates Montreal Steak Seasoning - gluten free
  • olive oil
  • 2 carrots, roughly chopped
  • 3 celery stalks, roughly chopped
  • 1 medium onion, cut into wedges
  • 5 garlic cloves, smashed
  • salt and pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
  2. Add vegetables on a roasting pan. Rinse the pork and pat dry with paper towels. Drizzle olive oil all over the pork massaging the meat gently. Lightly season with salt and pepper and the Montreal Steak Seasoning to form a light crust.
  3. Place the pork on top of the vegetables and roast for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, reduce the heat to 325 degrees F. and continue to roast for 2 hours or until the internal temperature reached 160.
  4. Remove from the oven and let stand for 10 minutes before slicing. Remove the vegetables from the pan and transfer the juice to a small bowl. You can add some water if you want more sauce. When ready to eat pour sauce over the pork. Enjoy!
