Garlic Fried Rice with Sunny Egg

Ingredients
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 cups cooked rice
  • 3 cloves garlic, grated
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • ½ teaspoon (or more according to taste) Lawry's Garlic Salt Coarse Ground with Parsley - this is gluten free
  • ½ teaspoon toasted black sesame seeds
  • ½ teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Instructions
  1. Heat wok over medium heat. Add butter and garlic, sautƩ until fragrant. Add cooked rice and fry for few minutes (5 to 8 minutes). Set aside.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan over low heat, add vegetable oil. Crack 1 egg at a time. Cook for about 2 to 3 minutes or until the edges are slightly crisp. Continue cooking the other eggs.
  3. Scoop 1 cup of the fried rice onto a plate. Top with sunny egg and garnish with toasted sesame seeds and green onions.
