  • 1 tablespoon Clabber Girl Baking Powder - gluten free
  • 2 teaspoons Bob's Red Mill Xanthan Gum - gluten free

  • 1 packet Red Star Active Dry Yeast - gluten free
  • 4 tablespoons Nutiva Shortening - gluten free
  • 3 tablespoons organic raw honey - naturally gluten free
  • 1 cup Daisy Sour Cream - gluten free
  • 2 large eggs
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • butter for greasing
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Line a baking pan with parchment paper and use butter to grease.
  3. In a large bowl, sift together the cornstarch, potato starch, baking powder, baking soda, salt, xanthan gum, and yeast. Add all the other ingredients and incorporate nicely. The dough will be very sticky. Try to portion the dough into 9 pieces and place them on the baking pan. Bake for 15 minutes to 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Insert to toothpick in the middle to check. If it comes clean then they are done. So yummy and delicious!

This is the best gluten free dinner rolls. Keep them in a Ziploc bag and they stay soft for days.
