Instructions
  1. Season the beef with salt and pepper. Heat a large pan to medium heat then add a splash of olive oil. Sear the beef on all side until lightly browned. Transfer to a slow cooker. Mix the seasoning with 1 cup water and pour over the beef. Set slow cooker on low for 8 hours.
  2. Heat a large pan to medium heat and add butter. Cook the onions and peppers until caramelized about 10 to 12 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Arrange the asparagus on a rimmed baking sheet, drizzle some olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Bake for about 8 to 10 minutes or until roasted.
  4. Serve pot roast with the caramelized onions and asparagus. Yum!

  • 2 pounds grass fed ground beef
  • McCormick Grill Mates Montreal Steak Seasoning - gluten free
  • romaine lettuce, shredded
  • 1 medium tomato, thinly sliced
  • swiss cheese slices
  • Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ Sauce - gluten free (optional)
  • red onion, thinly sliced into disc
  • Mexican Blend Shredded Cheese
  • 1 ripe but firm avocado, thinly sliced
  • Hellmann's Mayonnaise - gluten free
  • salt and pepper
  • olive oil
Instructions
  1. Preheat grill to medium high heat.
  2. Season the ground beef with the Montreal Steak Seasoning then divide the ground beef into serving sizes and make the patties.
  3. Brush the onions with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Grill the hamburgers about 2 to 3 minutes per side depending on thickness. Grill the red onions as well.Top with the cheese and arrange the burgers according to your liking. Serve

Ingredients
  • 3 large zucchini, thinly sliced lenghtwise
  • 1 pounds ground chuck
  • 1 pound Johnsonville mild Italian sausage - gluten free
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh oregano, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 can (14.5 ounces) Hunts diced tomatoes with basil, garlic, and oregano - gluten free
  • 1 can (29 ounces) Hunts tomato sauce - gluten free
  • 1 can (6 ounce) Hunts tomato paste - gluten free
  • 15 oz riccota cheese
  • 1 (5 ounce) package grated Parmigianno-Reggiano
  • 2 tablespoons freshly chopped parsley leaves
  • 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 2 (8 ounces) packages shredded mozzarella
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  2. In a large saucepan, combine ground chuck, sausage, onion and garlic. Cook over medium heat until meat is browned and crumbles, drain
  3. Return meat to pan and add oregano, basil, salt and pepper. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce and paste.
  4. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer 30 to 45 mins. Stirring occasionally.
  5. In a small bowl, combine ricotta cheese, parmesan, parsley, and eggs.
  6. Spoon ¼ of sauce into bottom of a 13 by 9 by 2 inch baking pan. Place sliced zucchini on top of the sauce. Do not overlap zucchini. Spread ⅓ of ricotta cheese mixture over zucchini, top with ¼ of sauce and ⅓ of mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers, ending with sauce, and mozzarella cheese.
  7. Bake 45 mins. Let rest 10 mins. before serving.

Ingredients
  • 3 pounds Korean style short ribs
  • ¾ cup Kikkoman Teriyaki Sauce - gluten free
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 inches fresh ginger, cut into matchsticks
  • 1 jalapeno, seeded and chopped
  • 2 oranges, juiced and 1 zested
  • slices of pineapple
  • salt and pepper
  • sesame seeds
  • 4 green onions, sliced
Instructions
  1. Lightly season ribs with salt and pepper.
  2. In a large resealable bag, combine the teriyaki sauce, ginger, garlic, jalapeno, ½ of the green onions, orange juice, ribs and zest.
  3. Swirl around to coat the ribs. Marinate in the fridge overnight for better result.
  4. Preheat grill to medium high heat. Remove ribs from the marinade and shake off excess liquid. Grill 5 to 7 minutes per side until done. Arrange the ribs on a platter. Grill the pineapple if you wish.
  5. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds, green onions and serve with grilled pineapple. Yum!

  • 2 to 3 pounds grass fed ground beef
  • 2 large sweet onions, thinly sliced
  • McCormick Onion Salt - gluten free
  • McCormick Garlic Powder - gluten free
  • salt and pepper
  • Heinz Ketchup - gluten free
  • lettuce
  • 5 slices Hempler's Uncured Bacon - gluten free
  • Mezzetta Deli-Sliced Hot Pepper Rings - gluten free
  • slices of Swiss cheese
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
  1. Season the ground beef with garlic powder, onion salt, and black pepper. Make 4 to 6 patties.
  2. Heat a large skillet to medium heat. Add butter and olive oil then the sliced onions. Cook until caramelized about 15 to 20 minutes stirring frequently, season with salt and pepper. Set aside. Meanwhile, cook the bacon until crispy and set aside.
  3. Heat grill to medium high heat then grill the patties about 3 to 4 minutes per side. Top with the Swiss cheese and cook until starts to melt.
  4. Arrange your burger, lettuce at the bottom then the burger, top with caramelized onions, bacon, ketchup and the hot pepper. Serve
